I captured this little fellow hiding under the foxglove plant in the garden while weeding. He was absolutely convinced that this tiny seedling had hidden him completely, and the way the sun was shining, it almost did. Since then I’ve been able to sketch and photograph more frogs around the Niagara Escarpment, but this wee guy always stands out in my mind in his little hideout in the shade.
